About Emmi Elite

Emmi Elite is dedicated to providing Tincher pitching instruction and hitting lessons in Fayetteville, NC. Our mission is to help athletes of all levels reach their full potential and excel in the sport they love. With a focus on skill development, technique, and mental preparedness, we are committed to empowering our athletes to succeed both on and off the field. Erin is here to support and guide you every step of the way on your softball journey.

Erin is passionate about developing the entire athlete. Her personal experience as a pitcher and softball player/athlete has helped her understand athletes' unique perspectives. Her challenges in sports as both an athlete and a coach have helped her understand the importance of examining all aspects of a player's development, including strength and conditioning, mobility, recovery, nutrition, and the mental aspects of team culture and how that impacts them as athletes.

Erin has studied pitching for many years and has learned from various pitching coaches throughout the United States.

Erin recently completed training with Denny Tincher and is a certified Tincher Pitching instructor.

Erin has been coaching since 2002 and has dedicated years to helping athletes unleash their full potential and achieve excellence in softball.

Erin played college softball for Tri-State University, now Trine, where she was named first team all-conference and Pitcher of the year for the WHAC, and Great Lakes Region all-tournament team in 2003. Erin transferred to Madonna University, where she was named first-team all-conference and pitcher of the year in 2005, and in 2006, she was named first-team all-conference and player of the year for the WHAC. She set numerous records both at the plate and on the mound. She played professionally with the Michigan Ice softball team.

Erin has also worked as a personal trainer and implemented strength and conditioning into lessons, as well as offering personal training to non-athletes and parents of athletes.

Erin is passionate about understanding the human body and learning how to achieve the best outcomes possible for clients through nutrition, exercise, and recovery. Erin is a registered nures and a certified nurse midwife and enjoys learning about women's health, exercise science, and other aspects of sports performance.

Erin is honored to be a Tincher-certified pitching coach with some of the best pitching instructors in the country.
