About Emmi Elite

Emmi Elite is dedicated to providing top-notch softball pitching and hitting lessons in Fayetteville, NC. Our mission is to help athletes of all levels reach their full potential and excel in the sport they love. With a focus on skill development, technique, and mental preparedness, we are committed to empowering our athletes to succeed both on and off the field. Erin is here to support and guide you every step of the way on your softball journey.

Erin is passionate about developing the entire athlete. Her personal experience as a pitcher and softball player/athlete has helped her understand athletes' unique perspectives.  Her challenges in sports as both an athlete and a coach have helped her understand the importance of examining all aspects of a player's development, including strength and conditioning, mobility, recovery, nutrition, and the mental aspects of team culture and how that impacts them as athletes.

Erin has studied pitching for many years and has learned from various pitching coaches throughout the United States. Erin is very excited and honored to be pursuing a certification with Tincher Pithching.
