Service Description

These sessions are for individual athletes to develop the foundation that every competitive athlete needs to excel. The sessions are one hour in length and include weight training, speed and agility, mobility, stretching, recovery, and areas of concern for the athlete. These are individual. Must call/text/ to schedule and to cancel.


Cancellation Policy

No show/cancellation policy. All lessons must be cancelled witihin 24 hours. If they are not canceled within 24 hours you will be charged the entire amount for the lesson/session. We require that you call and leave a voicemail or text within 24 hours, this allows us to either fill the spot or make other arrangements for the hour. You will not be able to rebook lessons until the no show fee of $60 is paid in full.
